Blauw Gras publishes books for and about young people, in three categories: children, young adults and adults between 20 and 40 years old. Our titles include fictional, non-fictional or hybrid books. We focus on books that are written in a thoughtful, literary way, with a keen eye for societal and social issues. Half of our books are original titles, written in the Dutch language, the other half are translations into Dutch.

We are proud to publish Dutch authors like Sara de Monchy, Jan Paul Schutten, Jelmer Soes, Xillan Macrooy and Evelien Mentink, and not less proud to publish international authors, such as Patrick Ness, Saynab Farah Dahir, Alexander Kielland Krag, Mats Strandberg, Chukwuebuka Ibeh and Kim Ae-Ran.
