Blauw Gras publishes books for and about young people across three categories: children, young adults, and adults aged 20 to 40. Our catalog features fiction, non-fiction, and hybrid titles. We prioritize thoughtfully written, literary works with a keen eye for contemporary social issues. Half of our list consists of original Dutch-language titles, while the other half are translations into Dutch..

We are proud to publish Dutch authors like Lisa Weeda, Xillan Macrooy, Sara de Monchy, Renske de Greef, Jan Paul Schutten, Jelmer Soes, Nikki Dekker and Evelien Mentink, and not less proud to publish international authors, such as Patrick Ness, Suad Amiry, Saynab Farah Dahir, Alexander Kielland Krag, Mats Strandberg, Chukwuebuka Ibeh and Kim Ae-Ran.
